


I like to use Imgur for this because it’s free and easy. Find or create the image you want to use in your signature. You just need to host the image somewhere and then link to it in your signature. When you add an image to your Outlook email signature on your computer, it looks something like this: Your Name Your Title Your Company tel: xxx-xxx-xxxx email: website: Your logo But when you go to add that same signature in the Outlook app on your Android phone, it looks like this: Your Name Your Title Your Company tel: xxx-xxx-xxxx email: website: The reason the image doesn’t show up is because the Outlook app doesn’t support that format.

Here’s how to workaround that limitation and get your Outlook email signature with image working. Email signatures with images are common, but Microsoft Outlook for Android doesn’t support that format.
